hello, has anyone gone to their meet and greets? i'm going to one of the last ones and i'm wondering how it is. i saw some of the group pictures and honestly, i'm so painfully shy, my palms were sweating looking at them! please, tell me how your experience was..

Yes I won a bid for Santa Barbara, CA this past 10 of July!! Me andmy husband were soooo nervous but trust me once your in front of them and in there presence they are so down to earth and normal just like us!! They made me feel so comfortable and I will forever cherish that experience...if they go on another tour I am for sure gonna bid on another Meet and Greet package!!

thanks for replying stephanie! how long did you guys actually get to spend with them?? was it like they signed the card and then you left?? did they talk??? were you able to bring in a camera?? details, details, details!!

Well I guess you can say they set aside and hour of there time to meet the winners : )) But their was 5 groups so the first group would go then after they were done the second group would go and so forth, so it was more intimate then just everyone going @ once!! When its your turn you go and shake their hands and talk about whatever you want and of course they give you an autograph and after they take a picture with you guys : )) I made sure I was next to Brandon <3 and I gave him a big hug afterwards too lol you'll be nervous I'm not gonna lie cause I sure was but I made sure I said what I wanted to say to everyone : ))

that's so cool! i'm glad to hear it's not like they just sign your card and then you leave but you actually get to hang around a bit. i'm soooo excited!! how were your seats for the concert?? did you go straight to them after you met the band??

So excited for you! What an amazing experience you'll have! This was my second "Meet and Greet"! Just as Steph said the band is pretty chill! They will talk to you no problem! Just go with an idea of what you want to say because if you're anything like me you'll get nervous and say nothing and the time goes by too quickly :( that was me the first time. This time around in SB I didn't want to take those moments for granted so I managed to make small talk...... Brandon and Mike seemed to be the two more willing to talk. The others seemed a bit involved with signing the art card but NOT unwilling. Just remember the time is valuable and you will kick yourself if you don't break the shyness! We aren't allowed to even ask to take individual pictures with them GK will get fired up, as the band is on a pretty tight schedule. My best advice is to think of something you'd really like to know and go from there! Once you go M&G with Incubus you'll never want it any other way! It is priceless and for amazing causes!

hi eileen! that's what i'm afraid of, i know myself and i know i'll just stand there staring because i'll be too intimidated. then after we leave, i'll say, "i should have said this, i should have done that." that's why i'm trying to find out as much as possible so i can prepare myself. you're so lucky to have done it twice. i was surprised there weren't as many bids on these tickets as i expected. i live in ca and i'm going out of state to see them, i couldn't pass this opportunity up! i did get to go to their secret show in la and the concert at the hollywood bowl, so now i cannot wait to actually meet them! thank you soo much for telling me about your experience! were you allowed to bring your camera in and just not use it? i don't want to run back to the car to get mine and miss anything.

Yes after the M&G you get to go straight to the pit before anyone else! Me and my hubbs and pretty much everyone @ the M&G got to be at the front, perfect view for pictures and dorko me abided by the Venues rules which said nooo cameras, but trust me you can bring your camera and they wont take it away!! I was lucky enough to use my iphone for pictures right when they were signing an autograph for me and @ the concert but you can bring your camera no problem...thats what Im gonna do next time!! : )) And like Eileen said your gonna be nervous but dont get it stuck in your head to where you'll forget what you were gonna say...my hubby made that mistake lol but not me!! If they have another tour me and my hubby are going to get VIP tickets again so he will be able to say what he wanted to say : ))

omg you guys it was aweosme. even though it was short, i have no complaints! wait, i have one. it took forever to actually meet them. we got there at 4:30 and didnt do it untilll.... 6-ish? but it was fun! the concert was f****** epic too!!! i got points for most old school incubus shirt, had mike write "hamster style rocks" on my card (if you dont get it watch orgasmo) aaaaaaaaaannnnnnndddddddddddd...................... *drumroll* brandon stood between me and my sis for the pic!!!! he had his arm around me!! haha omg i'm sorry but i have to be fan girl about it!! whew. o man it was so rad!!! they played the old version of redefine and i went bananas!!

oh i know how much it sucks to not bring your camera because "they're not allowed" and then when you get in the venue, every other person has theirs on them. that happened to me earlier this week at their concert in the hollywood bowl. i was so upset. i'm glad you were still able to get something. something is better than nothing!
