Hey everyone! My name is Lacee, I'm 18 and currently live in LA. I've always liked Incubus but didn't start listening to their music heavily until I saw them recently in Chula Vista. Right now I'm majoring in Music Industry and want to be a tour manager some day. I love music (of course), poetry, art walks, teahouses, and people watching.

Hi Jessica and the rest of the Incubus fans out there and I am Jonallin from the Philippines. I'm 18 and I so love Incubus since sophomore highschool. The first time I saw the band live was when they toured in my country for their Pacific Rim Tour (Light Grenades Album) and they were really awesome! How could I forget that moment when Brandon took off his shirt! Everyone was screaming! I believe everyone in the Dome had a great time singing their songs out loud. We miss INCUBUS so much!

G'day :o)
My name is Sam,
I'm 25 and live in Sydney Australia,
Ive been an incu-holic since around 1998. Im a complete audiophile (though i havnt picked up an instrument in a few years :0/). I surf, paint and draw as much as i possibly can in this hectic hi-rise day and age. Incubus has only frequented my little island a couple of times, all of which sadly i have missed - i have only made it thus far living on morsels of youtube videos and tour DVD's... I cant help but hope it wont be too much longer!
I also look forward to coming over to the states soon and checking out one of Brandon's art galleries (that way i can secure a decent Litho/Giclee!! LOL) - oh and surfing the local breakwater ofcourse ;P

Though through all of that fun stuff, its the charity that brings me here, and the cause(s) that will me keep going.
Im not the mold breaking philanthropist i would like to be - but im working on it :o)
It's both awesome and inspiring to meet you all.
-Sam

First-of-Its-Kind Map Details the Height of the Globe's Forests

ScienceDaily (July 21, 2010) — Using NASA satellite data, scientists have produced a first-of-its kind map that details the height of the world's forests. Although there are other local- and regional-scale forest canopy maps, the new map is the first that spans the entire globe based on one uniform method.

Climate bill in doubt as Democrats delay action

U.S. Senate Democrats said on Thursday they will wait until September at the earliest to take up broad climate-change legislation, a potentially fatal blow to the White House push to curb greenhouse gases. The delay means Democrats have little time to advance the complex legislation amid intense political pressure in the weeks before November congressional elections. It also could derail global climate change initiatives, as the world's major economies and greenhouse gas emitters insist the United States play a leading role.
